I am a mother of two wonderful children that motivates me to be my best. They are my greatest inspirations and my loudest cheerleaders. In my spare time, I love cooking and spending time with family.
I have always had a passion to help others, and consider myself a skilled listener. My goal is to meet you where you are. To understand your environment and help navigate you through your struggles and onto better living. I want to empower you with tools that will help you in your life and encourage you to live a life filed with purpose and understanding.
I would like to offer you a safe space to share your inner most thoughts, and I invite you to join me on this road to healing and growth. I currently work as an Associate Counselor, helping individuals develop coping skills to deal with life’s challenges. My mission is to identify and remove barriers that prevent individuals from functioning successfully in everyday life.
